Asking for Referrals

Somehow or the other, I have developed a mental block when it comes to asking for referrals. Even though I know it is one of the best lead generation tools, I have never asked for referrals with conviction. Unless and until a customer refers another on his own, the percentage of business through referrals is dismal.

 

I have to admit here my opposition to asking for referrals unlike Barry Morris is purely emotional and unreasoned.
