Technology is helping organisations to deploy more and more off-site employees than ever before. This brings with it the attendant challenge of coordinating, motivating and inspiring people to work as a team on common goals and meeting deadlines across different time zones.


Managers need new skills to lead these off- site employees. This calls for a change of perspective. From monitoring them their role is now more of a coach who enables them to meet their goals and ensuring that they do quality work.
